We are a diverse group of photographers from beginners to experts. The MRCC has something for everyone!

The purpose of this organization is to foster the advancement of photographic knowledge and techniques amongst the club members; and to have fun! We meet to display, critique and discuss photography in a friendly atmosphere. Visitors are always welcome!

We meet on the second Monday of each month at the Lyons District restored Railroad Depot, thanks to the Clinton Jaycees.

Come join us!

DECEMBER MEETING
C.L.A.P. SCAVENGER HUNT
TEAM WINNERS

Scavenger hunts are a twist on the standard scavenger
hunts we all played as children, except this one is done in teams.
This scavenger hunt is a photography exercise to help us develop our photographic eye in our daily life.

The goal is to capture specific items/scenes/moods etc. that
depict the topic. A topic is chosen by the winning team after
each competition. Teams meet to discuss, critique, and
brainstorm ideas for the topic for the next competition. Members
are encouraged to think, stretch, go outside the box, look at what
is in their world, be creative, capture that which they
normally look at but don't necessarily "see."

Topic: "Reflection"
